T-shirts and team gear printed on our ROQ automatic press in Bogart. It runs up to eight colors on ten stations, so a big order moves and the last shirt looks like the first. We burn our own screens, print with plastisol ink and have printed 100% in-house since our first manual press in 2016. Harrison runs the press.

Eight colors. One pass.
That’s our ROQ laying down ink. Each color has its own screen, and the press rotates every shirt under all of them, so color one and color eight line up on shirt #1 and shirt #300.
Halftones and fine detail
Prints with detail.
Harrison’s favorite job was the 2022 ANGEL RIDE Iron Man shirt, a complex halftone print that took every bit of his skill. If your design has shading, fades or fine lines, he’s the one who gets it onto a shirt.

Is there a minimum order?
24 pieces. You can mix and match shirts, hoodies and other apparel to reach it, as long as the art and ink colors stay the same.
How long does screen printing take?
It depends on the size of the order and the season. We’ll give you a date up front when you approve your proof.
How many colors can my design have?
Up to eight colors in one print on our ROQ automatic press.
What can you print on?
T-shirts, long sleeves, tanks, hoodies, sweatshirts and youth sizes. If you can wear it, we can print it.
What ink do you use?
Plastisol, the standard for screen printed shirts. It gives bright, solid color that holds up wash after wash.
Where on the shirt can you print?
All the standard spots: front, back, left chest and sleeves.
Can you design my shirt?
Yes. Our in-house designer can build your design from scratch or clean up what you have, for an extra design fee.
Can you print my design if it has shading or photos?
Often, yes. Halftones let us print shading and fades. Send it over and we’ll tell you how it’ll print.
What’s better for my logo, screen printing or embroidery?
Screen printing for T-shirts and big full-color designs. Embroidery for hats, polos and jackets. We do both, so we’ll tell you which one fits.
