1CG |1st Chance Graphics is a family-owned print shop at 2061 Malcom Bridge Rd, Bogart, GA 30622. This page explains what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, the kind of project, quantities, deadline, budget, notes and any artwork files you attach. If you call, email or text us, we keep that conversation so we can finish your job.
Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. We may also use a privacy-conscious analytics tool (Google Analytics or Plausible) to see which pages and buttons people use. This helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your quote request, design and produce your order, contact you about it, send invoices and receipts, and keep records. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the box on our quote form and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive customer service, order-related and occasional promotional text messages from 1CG |1st Chance Graphics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are sent through our messaging provider only so that we can deliver them to you.
Who else handles your information
- Our quoting and production software. Quote form submissions go straight into the system we use to manage quotes, orders and production.
- Our messaging provider, to deliver texts you have agreed to receive.
- Google, if you read our Google reviews on this site or if we use Google Analytics.
- Our web host, which stores this website.
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our business and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing chance@1stchancegraphics.com or calling (770) 725-6072. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
