Hats, polos and jackets stitched on our own Tajima machines in Bogart. We run three of them, six heads each, so 18 pieces sew at the same time from the same file. Your whole crew gets the same sharp logo, not eighteen versions of close enough. Stacy, our Embroidery Queen, runs the floor.

Six hats. One pass.
That’s one of our Tajimas finishing a run of caps. All six heads sew the same file at the same time, so hat #1 and hat #60 look identical. Multiply by three machines and a big order moves.

RK Diesel wanted their logo on a whole lineup, so we stitched the same design in pink, red, orange, blue and green on gray hats. Swapping thread is how one logo turns into a hat for everybody on the crew.

Is there a minimum order?
Tell us how many pieces you need and we’ll tell you straight what makes sense for your order.
How long does embroidery take?
It depends on the size of the order and the season. We’ll give you a date up front when you approve your design.
Can you embroider my logo if I only have a picture of it?
Yes. Send what you have. We’ll set it up for thread and show you the design before we stitch.
What hats do you stitch on?

Can my logo be different colors on different hats?
Yes. Same design, different thread. RK Diesel runs the same logo in five colors.
What’s better for my logo, embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery for hats, polos and jackets, where thread looks sharp and lasts. Screen printing for T-shirts and big full-color designs. We do both, so we’ll tell you which one fits.
Do you do jacket backs?
Yes. Big designs across the back are some of our favorite jobs.
Do you do leather patch hats?
Yes. We put a leather patch with your logo on the hat style you pick.
